Send us an invite to your QuickBooks account and we will handle the rest. We work on your books each week to make sure all of your bank and credit card transactions are properly categorized and reconcile all of your accounts at the end of each month.
As business owners, we need to know where all of our money came from and where it went. You should review your Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet each month at a minimum. We will prepare these for you and send them within the first 7-10 days of each month.
As business owners, we tend to wear every hat in the business when we are first starting out. Occasionally some tasks fall through the cracks and we get behind. We can step in and do a one time clean-up to get your books up to date and in order for tax time, loan applications, etc.
If you are new to QuickBooks, we can help you set up a new account or migrate an account from another accounting software. We will help you link your bank accounts and credit cards so that all transactions will flow smoothly into QuickBooks to make bookkeeping more streamlined.
